The CCI Help Desk oversees IT support for students, faculty, and staff in the College of Communication & Information. Found in the Goldstein Library of the Shores Building, the CCI Help Desk is centrally located and only minutes away from providing hands-on support when needed. Learn more about the CCI Help Desk. The CCI Help Desk provides technical support to the CCI computing community 24 hours a day via our Online Support Ticket System. Telephone and walk-in support is offered during published business hours.
