FSUID

Your FSUID is your primary username and password for university services. All students and employees are issued one.
Used to access:
  • myFSU and Webmail
  • Canvas (Learning Management)
  • FSU Library Resources (Off-campus)
  • Campus Computer Labs
  • Payroll via OMNI (Employees)

EMPLID

The EMPLID (formerly FSUSN) acts as your university social security number. It allows you to verify your identity to FSU officials without publicizing your real Social Security Number.
How to find your EMPLID:
  • Log in to myFSU
  • Go to your profile section
  • Your EMPLID will be listed there
